Post Refuge Family Support Worker Evening and Weekends (18.5hrs)<br>

Hours of work Part-time evenings x 2 and 1 x Saturday or Sunday (12 noon -9 pm) minimum 18.5 hours pw
25 days + bank Holidays pro rata
Contract Permanent, continuation subject to funding
Responsible to: FCWA Service Manager and Senior Refuge Worker

FUNCTION
To provide individual and group work and activities to support women and their children who are living in FCWA refuges and ensure that service users are provided with a safe, supportive, and welcoming environment.
The post involves working closely with women survivors of domestic abuse and violence and their children, following support plans that are in place.
A key requirement of the post is the implementation of needs assessment, support plans, safety plans, and risk management plans.
